    Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Function: Responsible for the prescreening and interviewing of non-exempt and entry level exempt employees for all S&T branches and departments within a determined purview. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintains Employment Applicant Tracking System a. Processes all Personnel Requisitions for appropriate signatures/approvals b. Creates & maintains all job posting files; Personnel Requisition Checklist c. Creates, edits and posts job openings d. Saves all incoming resumes and referral forms into appropriate files e. Reviews and forwards applications accordingly f. Updates data & makes notations for all applications; New, Review, Approved, Rejected and Hold. g. Maintains job posting files from beginning to end. 2. Performs various duties for the hiring of non-exempt and entry level exempt employees, includes the following: a. Evaluates all employment applications and resumes. b. Seeks candidates from the Applicant Tracking System c. Conducts interviews of internal and external candidates. I. Prescreens non-exempt and entry level exempt applicants over through various means. ii. Travels to interview non-exempt and entry level exempt applicants at branches and/or offices. d. Extends offers verbally to candidates. e. Verbally communicates declinations to internal candidates. f. Assigns teller numbers to all new hires. g. Works closely with supervisors and managers on hiring of each employee. h. Answers various inquiries from internal and external customers on the hiring process; job openings, status of application/resume or employment questions. 3. Creates and posts open positions on the Intranet, Internet, Career Link via ATS and to employment agencies and college & career sites. Updates

Personality Profiles f. References 5. Coordinates and schedules all Interviews. Makes all arrangements and sends out meeting requests. 6. Generates/types job offer letters and assembles new hire material. Mails new hire package to new employee and sends new hire paperwork to supervisor and Comp & Benefits. 7. Assists Recruitment in attending job fairs as needed and assists with gathering appropriate documents for interviews; on-line application, transcripts & resumes. 8. Advertises for candidates; via newspapers, internet, job centers, educational facilities, career fairs and temporary or outside agencies. a. Attends high schools, colleges and career/job fairs, mock interviews and events representing S&T Bank. b. Writes job opening advertisements. c. Closely monitors the Recruitment promotional item inventory and re-orders when applicable. 9. Assists in developing, maintaining and reporting for the Affirmative Action Plan and initiating advancements in recruiting and hiring applicants of diverse backgrounds 10. Conducts employment aptitude testing when needed or requested by the hiring supervisor. 11. Assists with gathering information during audit proceedings. 12. Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. 13. Assumes additional duties as required Physical Demands: Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Performs both sedentary desk work and travel to bank locations for interviews, job fairs, meetings, etc. on a frequent basis, as needed. Requires the use of computer equipment, occasional lifting of boxes for disaster recovery and recruitment materials up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
